Photoshop Advanced #03 Class

Requirements: Photoshop CS3, CS4, CS5, or CS6

Class begins the 8^th of every month.  Signups are flexible and can be added at any time as long as you think you will have time to finish before the next class begins. You may take as many or few classes per month as you would like if you purchase multiple classes.  You can schedule classes as many months out as needed to complete the classes in a comfortable amount of time.  Just email Andrea after purchase and let her know when you would like to take your classes. 

Prerequisite: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced #01 classes.  If you have not taken these three classes, you must email me and explain your knowledge of Photoshop before signing up for the advanced class.  This is an advanced class and you must know the material covered in the beginner, intermediate, and advanced #01 classes before you take this class.  Specifically, you must have working knowledge of the following:

Palettes
Filters
Smart objects
Advanced selections
Layer alignment
Vanishing point filter
Clone stamp tool
Quick masks
Photomerge

This class will run for 4 weeks and includes 12 lessons.  This class builds on the information learned in the Advanced #01 class.  The class will be held in a private forum at GDS. I will be available to help you throughout the entire class as you learn. Each lesson will be distributed in pdf format and will include step by step instructions and pictures. There is not a specific time that classes meet.  You can work on these at your own pace over the 4 weeks of the class.  Homework will also be assigned for each lesson to practice the techniques we are learning.  Here are some of the topics that we will go over:

In depth use of layer blending
Channels
Channel masking
Advanced selections
Bleed and crop marks
Tablet basics in Photoshop
Animation basics
