All copyrights to graphics, graphic elements, backgrounds and Ready Made Layouts within this kit are retained by KuperDoodles or the CU Artists whose products were used by permission in the creation of these items. THESE GRAPHIC IMAGES ARE FOR PERSONAL USE WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION:

Commercial use is LIMITED TO: Scrap for Others (S4O) and Scrap for Hire (S4H) on the condition that you use any and all graphics to create digital layouts, printed scrapbook pages, invitations, cards, announcements, hybrid items, only as flattened JPG images or printed pages to your customers.

YOU MAY:

• You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications. Credits are not required but they are appreciated.

• You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).

YOU MAY NOT:

• You may not share this product with anyone via e-mail or a downloadable link or in any other manner. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

• You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

• You may not copy the sample layouts created for the purpose of advertising and submit it for online, print, or any other type of publication.

• You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects; i.e.: web design/sites, templates, or any projects which will produce income. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

• You may not use any graphic(s) from this product or site to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s) from this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

• You may not use graphics in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.
