All graphic images in kits (including Freebies) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
NO COMMERCIAL USE IS ALLOWED if not differently mentioned in the file or shop description.

YOU MAY:

You may use portions of these kits in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and/or
related magazines for publication as long as proper credit to “Verena Karolyi Desings”
is given with a link to any shop I sell my product, along with the name of this kit.
This includes any graphics that you have used.

You may use any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them for use
in your personal projects.

You may print a hardcopy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects ONLY.

You may make one copy of these graphics for backup purposes ONLY. You must also copy all
copyright/terms of use notices on this single back-up copy.

You may use my papers or grafics also on any personal websites but ONLY with the allowance from me.

You may not use Verena Karolyi graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD ROM's,
sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, etc.

You may not incorporate these graphics into any commercial projects;
i.e.: templates, or any projects which will produce income.

You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or
distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

You may not use any graphic(s) from this set to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.
Nor is it permitted to use content from this set for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Verena Karolyi is not responsible to you for any loss and/or damages as a result of the use of this product.
