COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE
Terms of use  - Maria Designs

Only to products identified as Commercial Use, and after purchasing the products, you'll be able to consider this terms of use.

The Commercial Licence for Designers allows the Digital and Professional usage of my products, when creating new comercial  products for Digital Scrapbooking. This licence is limited to the following terms:

1 - This product was created by Maria Designs. The product is for commercial use, but can not be sold in it's original state. 

2 - NONE of my products are allowed to use to create new designer tools, (eg: you cannot transform a paper sheet  in an overlay and resell it, or merging 2 or more overlays, to resell this new overlay, etc)

3 - You can create Quick Pages and Digital Photo Albums for your clients provided that they only receive final, flattened versions of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc).

4 - Do not make kits or sets containing only items created using my items.
a maximum of 25% is allowed.

5 - Do not use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law. 

6 - NONE of my products can be transformed in a greyscalled item to be resold as a Template.

7 - Feel free to modify images (size, color, etc.) as necessary. 

8 - You cannot use ANY of Maria Designs products to create Stock images and sell them at any site, CD, or even offer them as freebies.

9 - The item may not be offered as a “freebie” or customer reward or included in any group compilation kits.

10 - Credits are required in TOU

*** Some examples of Good USE:

PAPERS: To create, tags, ribbons, frames, etc.
OVERLAYS: To create papers
ALL PRODUCTS: You may use the graphics in your web design projects Also…credits must be given on the website. Quick Pages (provided they are not for commercial use, Digital Photobooks for small businesses)

If you post scrapbook pages or other projects online or submit them to magazines using any of these images, include the creators name in the credits and mention the site where you received it.

YOU MAY NOT:
You may not claim these graphics as your own.
You may not alter these graphics and call them your own.
You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.           

YOU MAY NOT make any Maria Designs graphics into tubes or brushes for use with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop
and redistribute them in any way.  
   
YOU MAY NOT offer any Maria Designs graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

YOU MAY NOT Make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
YOU MAY NOT make Rubber Stamps
YOU MAY NOT make Cross stitch kits
YOU MAY NOT add them to Software Programs
