These designs and elements made by Holly Ann Swartz, are allowed for PERSONAL use in your Scrapbooking or crafts, whether digital or printed. You may display items that you make such as layouts and crafts in online galleries providing that they are no larger than 600x600 pixels and 72 dpi.

Commercial Usage: Crafters that wish to sell products created with HollyAnn designs (such as Candy Wrappers, decopage crafts or scrapbooking for others) may contact Holly Ann Swartz at ghswartz@comcast.net for details and consideration. Written permission by Holly Ann Swartz is required for use of graphics commercially.

You may NOT offer graphics created by Holly Ann Swartz in any downloadable format, in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually for sale and you may not alter the originals and claim them as your own.

By purchasing a downloadable layout kit or downloading free samples you are obtaining from Holly Ann Swartz a "license to use" these graphics, images and designs and are agreeing to the terms of this user license. All graphics created by Holly Ann Swartz are copyrighted property and are licensed for personal use, not sold to you to do anything that you wish. They do not become your property, you are only obtaining a license to use them.

Feel free to alter the Graphics created by Holly Ann Swartz to use in your personal scrapbook pages, collages, greeting cards and other printable-digital items, by changing colors and size and even adding to them or removing from them.

**You May NOT claim Holly Ann Swartz graphics as your own.
**You May NOT alter them in any way and call them your own.
**You May NOT make Holly Ann Swartz graphics into tubes or brushes to redistribute in any form.
**You May NOT offer Holly Ann Swartz graphics for download on any webpage or send them through any list such as a news group, yahoo group, ftp site or include them in any kind of graphics collection.

**YOU MAY NOT Make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
**YOU MAY NOT make Cross stitch kits
**YOU MAY NOT make Rubber Stamps
**YOU MAY NOT Make Scrapbook Kits or create Scrapbook Pages with Holly Ann Swartz graphics and sell them as a printables.
