Help in PSE5

I am trying to do a layout and I have to admit that I am still really new to all of this and am still learning. I am wandering how you all make a picture look like it is underneath your background paper. I have been trying to do this all day and cannot figure it out, nor find any tutorials on how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Michelle

I know you already figured it out (your post in the other thread), but for anyone else having trouble with this:
Each item is in its own layer automatically. if you want to move a layer below another, simply click-n-drag it in the "layers" on the right. :)
Hope you're having fun with the program! I love PSE-5.
