Vista Photo Gallery?

I just got my first (ever) laptop (really gettin' with the times!) - it has Windows Vista, which I am getting used to. Does anyone use the photo gallery that comes with it? Anyone have any pros/cons to using that for scrapbook stuff over the organizer in elements? It seems fairly easy to use, and can put tags on everything to help organize (though that is time-consuming at first -I am transferring over from the old computer - It would be great to have a home network but that is WAY beyond me..)
Thanks

My MIL has it and hates it. That's all I can tell you. Good luck.

I didn't even know Vista has a photo gallery. I use ACDSee for organizing everything.
Let us know how you like the Vista gallery! :)

Well, so far it's working great. The tags make it easy to find just what I'm looking for (provided you've created the tags that will help you, and remembered to tag everything). I can sort out everything red or buttons or ribbons or stripes, whatever, - and sort further after the first batch, if you know what I mean.
We'll see how it goes a few months from now.
