Where can I buy 8 x 8 frames?

I'm having trouble finding any 8 x 8 frames' preferably unadorned with "stuff". Just nice, plain frames. Has anyone else had any luck, and if so, would you please share the source?

Have you tried your local scrapbook stores? Some have 12x12, and may have 8x8 as well.

You also might want to input your search into froogle - you may have an easier time finding them online.

Neither Hobby Lobby or Michael's had anything the last time I looked - not long ago - and I haven't found any online, either. I even sent an email to Burns, who makes so many frames we see, telling them that scrapbookers need 8.5 11 and 8 x 8 and 12 x 12 sizes. No response. The sizes of photo paper don't go with the frames that are sold. It's sort of like when they packaged 10 hot dogs to a pack, and the bun makers sold buns in packages of 8! It took forever for them to standardize. I'm frustrated, so I'm sitting here eating way too many pralines while I print layouts. Toots for me - I will have printed 18 layouts today! Wahoo - another job caught up on!

Here's one that is wood:

and bazzill sells shadow boxes:

Oh, and this company has 8x8, 8.5x11, and 6x6 (and any other size you can imagine) - but good luck navigating the site, it has so much stuff, it looks a bit hard to get around
