Red face Torn paper look??

I love the look of torn paper, but I have no idea how to do it!! I have Photoshop CS2...any help?????? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!

I use fillers unlimited 2 it's a plugin that has several different ones to chose form

She has one in there for torn paper - plus a lot of others that are neat!
