sorry Jayne, I meant Liz. Sounds like using the gradient is fairly easy, or she makes it seem that way anyway, lol. Her layouts are so amazing, she makes them all look easy. She also has another tutorial further down on the page. I followed it and did a lo that turned out pretty good.

I finally finished my layout:
![]() Ok, I am going to spare you the obvious, so here is what I want to point out: WHITE: the only white thing on the page is my baby in the picture, but I think he counts ;) NEW TECHNIQUE: as far as new techniques go, I didn't really use one. I played around a lot with layer styles, which I don't do often. I also tried different things with my shadows, but I didn't like anything that I came up with, so you can't see it on the layout. :) ACRYLIC: the brad on the upper right corner SQUARE: the tag CARDBOARD: I think the pink background paper looked cardboard-y, what do you think? NATURAL ELEMENT: wood is natural. I had a lot of fun chatting with all of you, I can't wait to see your layouts!
