Andrea Gold's card templates - help!

Hi, I just bought Andrea Gold's beautiful card templates, and am trying to use them in DIP 10, unsuccessfully! Please help! I'm using the png files, putting a layer of colored paper under the template. How do I combine them? Thanks in advance,

This is what I do -- after each layer I flatten object this then I save the whole thing as a png file.

I still don't get this whole flattened jpg thing... you can tell I don't use photoshop or psp!!! LOL

I use DIP 9. The tutorial that Andrea linked is a good one. To flatten the objects you look under edit it is about 1/2 way down on the drop menu
