Have I mentioned lately how much I love GDS

I recently got a PM at another site (a site that had been by favorite for a long time, the first one I found when I started researching digi about a year and a quarter ago, somewhere I had been very active) with a request that I remove the links to my Blogs.

Now, I do understand where they wouldn't want blatant advertising with links to other sites, but a problem with blog links, come on! My blog links have been there since I started blogging - but I guess I have mentioned GDS a few times recently so I guess that's why they are so concerned about it now.

Anyway, I was just so dissapointed as that site had been such a wonderful one when I first joined and this new 'remove your blog links' thing is just the latest in a series of changes that have been happening over there that make me appreciate GDS more and more every day.

AGREED!!! The place that was my first digiscrapping home is now like that as well. I am so thankful that GDS is such a great family!! Thanks for a great home!!!

I agree - I mean, its not as though you are advertising gds for any gain to yourself - you are just bragging about how cool the site is cos its true!!! I'm with you - its a real shame that they have done that!

I remember when that site went digital, and was never one that I visited. I'm so glad now. Especially since GDS is my new home.

Melanie... maybe they'll reconsider that at some point. I love to say that I hope they do..lol..but that would be fibbing... I'm selfish enough to want you here... every moment..all the time! As well as everyone else!

I for one just love you guys and love getting to know you and feel safe with you all here at GDS! The digiworld out there can be pretty ruthless and it's nice to come back "home" here with friends. I'm proud to call this place home and will invite anyone and everyone to come here because I know how wonderful and welcoming and friendly our little GDS community is.
