How to do layering using CS3

Hi,
I'm totally new to digital scrapbooking. I would like to know how to use those kits adding photos by using layering.
Is there any online photoshop tutorials where i can learn the basics from?

The tutorials on this site are available under "Resources" on the top green bar and the very top of this page. See "For Beginners" and "Tutorials". Lots of good learning opportunities there, and I think you'll find what you need. Are you using PSE, PS, or PSP? We have classes available for those, too (through the store). After you go through the tuts, come back and ask specific questions, and someone will be sure to help!
