Brag Page Exchange-Helen's Moms Diner & Andrea's templates

Ok, ready to set another record???? This exchange will use Helen's Mom's Diner to make your pages.

At the end of this exchange, all participants will receive all submitted brag book quick pages including these special ones created by Helen.

We have an added bonus for you if you use anything from Helen's new Mom's Diner Add On Products

you will receive will get a 16 page MINT TIN album from Helen. It is a Ready-to-embelllish one - that allows them to flip/rotate/flip/rotate - and then embellish with all the little goodies in the kits. The 14 inside pages basically are equal to 56 pages if you rotate and flip them that you. You can only get it by participating in this exchange!

We have yet another bonus for you! If you use any of Andrea Gold's Recipe Brag Book Page Templates...you'll get this set of pages created by Andrea :)

Guidelines:

NEW GUIDELINE: to guard against folks being able to take previews uploaded to the gallery and turn them into quickpages without participating in this exchange, please save all of your submitted pages onto one blank canvas and save that as a preview jpg. Here's an example of a preview that Nancy implemented.
Each participant will submit at least 1 brag book quick page but not more than 3 using this kit only (you can include any commercial use items if you wish)
Layouts should be created and saved at 4" x 6" and 300ppi.
If you are familiar with creating a quick page in a transparent .png file, please submit it in that format. If you are not, we have a couple of tutorials to help you in this area: Paint Shop Pro & Photoshop. If you are unable to create a .png file, please design your quick page by creating your layout and using a white or black area (whichever is of most contrast to your layout) for the photo placements. Save your layout as a flattened .jpg file at full resolution (unless you are submitting a png file already) . I will take what you submit and punch out the areas for photos and convert them to transparent .png files before sending them all back to the participants.
Please name your files as follows to help me track these easier. YourForumUserName_KitName_bragQP.png so as an example, mine would be HollyS_momsdiner_bragQP.png.
Upload your preview to the Brag Book Page Exchange Gallery for all the oooohs and ahhhs!
I will need the preview .jpg, and either the .png or .jpg file at the full 6x4 size sent to me. You may use any file sharing site of your choice, or you can zip it up and email me the zip at ghswartz@comcast.net.
Sign-ups are required for this so that we know who is working on pages.
The submission deadline for this round is end of the day on Tuesday, March 25th. Please be sure to send me the files by that time as well so that I can publish the album download links more quickly.

Oh I'm in on this for sure, love Mom's Diner and the add-on's, just did a layout using the add-on's only, the elements and papers are just as awesome as the Mom's Diner Kit. Okay now I'm off to get the templates from Andrea's store and we know that she is the template Queen so how can you go wrong with this combination. Love the posting bonuses.

This is GREAT!

I'm using Andrea's recipe templates right now- taking all of grandma's old recipes and redoing them so everyone in the family that wants them will have copies. They are SO old that many of them list Oleo as an ingredient (if you know what that is, you're laughing along with me!)

Helen's kit looks like it'd be perfect for this project too. I think I'll be in for this!

Well, I had a lot of fun with the last Bragbook Exchange and the posting bonuses for this one look too good to pass up ! I must admit though, I am surprised that anyone would "steal" a preview and use it as their own. It is disappointing to think that you have had to change the guidelines to cover this misuse. I always wondered why people posted previews with words all over them, but this is obviously why. I must be a little naive 'cos I never thought that this would be a problem. Oh well ! I am still going to join in and have fun. If someone is so hard up that they need to take mine and make it their own... so be it ! cheers, Caroline
