What means CSH?

I downloaded some free stuff and there is an .CSH coming with.

What does this mean?
Where do I install this and what will Photoshop do with it?

So many questions... hope anyone can answer them!

These are custom shapes files. In photoshop I just drag them to load them or you can go to the custom shape tool and load them through it. You can then select them like you do normal shapes.
I hope tat makes sense lol but just ask if you have any trouble.
