  2. lessons

This looks like what I need! Thank you!

    Lesson 1:
I looked at the menu, and fortunately, it is very similar to Paint.net- it was meant to be a knock off of PSE.
I have never used the healing tool, sponge, gradient, cookie cutter or stamp. :)

    question about lesson 2

I'm trying to work with the sponge tool. But in my toolbar above i'm missing some things (all the first four icons). Where are they ?
I don't get all my choices above my workspace.

And one question about the uploads for lesson 2. Do we need to upload the original picture to?

  6. Since I'm new to PSE, I have not used any of the tools before. I will probably come back with questions after I start playing around with the program!

  7. Here are my links for lesson two:

I'll admit I was a little disconcerted when I saw my photos show up on the main page under recent photos. I was hoping they would all be hidden here in our classroom forum!

  8. Lesson 1 homework

    Tools I use the most:
Crop, Text, Magnetic Lasso, Brush, and Eraser

    Tools I have never used:
Sponge, Gradient, Straighten, Clone stamp, Blur,

Tools I want to know more about:
Clone stamp, blur, gradient, magic wand

I didn't even know those color swatches were there!

  10. Week 1 Lesson 2 Homework

I have a question...when I clicked on my eraser, there was not an option for magic eraser. I am using PSE 6. Is it different in this version? Instead of selecting inverse I just dragged my extraction to a new project, I have used the magic lasso tool several times in the past and didn't know about selecting inverse and just deleting and using the magic eraser so this is what I've done before.
