Okay, I'm not IN Utah, but I'm FROM Utah! count me, please! LOL I haven't lived there for almost 5 years now, so I don't know if I count.
When I moved away, I hadn't yet heard of digi-scrapping, but my sister from Utah just visited me, and she was very interested in doing it, just wanted to know which programs were the easiest to use (and cheapest) so I told her it depends on how computer-savvy you are. LOL
