Kit Elements.....Help!

I'm very much a newbie. I bought my first kit this past week. I also just updated my Paintshop Pro to Photoshop Elements. I don't know how to use much of it.

I mainly want to work on banners for my blogs. I don't know how to
incorporate the kit elements and could use any advice you guys have to offer.

:hairpull:

Thanks!!

Hi Anna and welcome to GDS!! You will love it here! I would recommend you take the classes found here http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com...index&cPath=62

There are also great tutorials found here:

AND I recommend you join in on the fun challenges. That is how I learned PSE and am no learning Photoshop CS4. Great place to learn. Welcome and have fun learning.

I've had luck finding quick tips and helps on two forums specifically for elements users (I use PSE7)

http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/

http://www.scrappersguide.com/forums/index.php
This site has a tutorial program for sale, but there are free tips in the forums. I haven't taken the classes here at GDS because this tutorial came free when I bought my software, and I found it really helpful.

One more link:

http://thedailydigi.com/learn-to-dig...deo-tutorials/

Daily Digi is an independent site that publishes reviews on different products related to scrapping like home printers, printer services, software, etc. as well as offering tutorials. They only thing they sell is a kit bundle each month for a low price, the proceeds of which pay to run their site. It's a great blog to follow. :)
