j_camargo6
12-11-2008, 06:05 PM
Alright!!! Looks like we're ready to go!!

Here's how it goes......

Over the next hour you'll receive a prompt every 10 minutes for you to use in your layout. These instructions are for the most part up to artistic interpretation and shouldn't cause any stress. Your last prompt will be issued at the top of the hour and you'll then have 1 hour to complete your layout, post it in
the gallery HERE, (http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=927)and link it back here in THIS thread.

We got started a little late, so it's gonna feel like this one is comin' up fast, but here is the next one.....

1. Pick one or more photos, and change them to sepia or black and white (if they aren't already).

2. Fine a neutral-colored, grungy or highly textured paper and use as an overlay over your photos. (use blending modes and opacity to get it how you want it, erasing the overlay from faces and skin, if desired).

sorry if someone already asked

Here is the link to my layout: http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=44900

I made my photo B&W and textured it. There are four soft-colored papers. The five "old" things are a border with a saying about the past, a frame, a tag, a brad and a torn journaling page. There are three different flowers and two leaves. There is also a string of pearls. Last of all there is a title and journaling.
