I have 2 new kits in my store - that will be announced for the next brag book exchange by Holly. Both kits are on sale at 40% off for the duration of the brag book exchange. The Jeans4U kit is the primary kit for the exchange. The Jeans4U Letters addon will get you some extras.

My new Jeans4U collection of kits is my 'casual' version of my "Fancy" collection of products.

I don't know about you - but most of the layouts I have to do have lots of 'jeans' in them - my family and friends are always in jeans.

The basic kit - Jeans4U - includes 16 jeans textured papers and 91 elements.
Here are the previews of the kit, the papers and the elements.

My second kit in this collection is Jeans4U Letters.
It includes 30 papers (that's right - 30 papers!) and 12 elements.
This includes 26 Alpha papers - one for each letter of the alphabet.
Perfect for ABC pages and personalized pages.

Thanks for looking!

Wow! Off to the store I go!! And it looks like there will be a line!

While I'm waiting in line, let me tell you about a *jeans blanket* I made once, it was soooo cool! I bought up a bunch of old ratty jeans at garage sales for like a quarter a pair. Then I cut out of each of them 6x6 inch squares from various places so I ended up with a bunch of patches with a wide range of colors and textures even though they were all the standard *blue* jeans. I sewed them altogether in quilt block fashion and even had one with a button up back pocket on it. I then made the border and backing out of red bandanna material and tied red strings at the corner junctions like a quilt. It was about 2' by 3' - just big enough for my baby boy and it was sooo nice and warm! And soft since all the jeans were so worn. Oh how I loved that blanket for my little boy and he sure loved it too! But we've lost track of it now! Maybe I should make another one for my little Jakey...... Hmmmm.....

Me too! these 'rag' quilts were the HOT trend a few years ago in the quilting world! my daughter made one and it's gorgeous. Funny you should mention this - I have one in the works digitally for an addon to this kit. I made a digital one for an addon to my old cuddly kit with the corduroys - and it's still in my 'work in progress' folder.

The quilt one you made sounds fantastic - love the look of jeans and bandanas! You should scrap it! I'd love to see it!

Thanks to everyone for the comments! Glad you like this new collection of mine. I was getting 'fancied' out and I just love jeans with all colors. They are so versatile for girls and boys - young and old - casual and dress up!

Back to the forum to catch up on stuff - catch you all later. It's been raining cats and dogs here in Chicagoland - we set records over the weekend for rain - and it's been flooding everywhere. Thank goodness our sump pump is new and we have not lost power.
