Baby girls are no big deal, and you've got plenty of time to get used to having her around before she becomes a teenager http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com/forum/images/smilies/wacky/twitcy.gif

Congratulations - oh you are going to LOVE shopping for girl clothes - most baby sections are majority girl clothes - soooooooo much to choose from!

they are much easier in the 'two' stage - but oh so much worse in the '14 to 16 year old' stage! just the opposite of boys - but hey we have more hormones to deal with!

congrats - she'll be a lot of fun!

HUGS! Helen

Congratulations! You are going to love the baby girl! And suddenly you will find that PINK IS YOUR FAVORITE COLOR! :) And it's so much more fun to shop for girls. All the pretty frilly dresses etc. :)

Thank you all for the well wishes. :) I have heard that boys are harder as kids, but easier as teenagers, and girls are the opposite. My poor mom, with 7 girls and only 1 boy. :twitcy:
We have decided on a first name, but can't come up with a middle name yet. So I can't say what it is yet. But it is another Japanese name; we seem to like them. And with a last name of Peterson, why not? :D

Congratulations Julie, I'm so happy for you
Don't worry girls are easy, maybe because I have 2 daughters, 3 granddaughters and the one due in November is a girl too. Only three boys and they are all the dads LOL, they are easy for us Girls to handle.
