question about the blinkies

i am a CT member for a lady that isn't at this site who is also a designer. can i post my little blinkie for that here? i just thought i would ask before i did so i wouldn't step on anyone's toes. also, if i have a blog, can i put a link to it in my signature line? thank you for the help!!!!

I do know the blinkie is fine. I'll let one of the mods answer the blog question, as I'm not totally sure on that and don't want to give the wrong answer. ;)

Yes, the blinkie is fine -- but it can't be linked to her store, blog, site, etc. You can have a link to your blog.
