Please everyone say a few prayers for Liz (aka Sexy Eyes for those that don't know her) She has been back and forth to the doctors all week with a rash all over her body and sores in her mouth. She thought that this all started from having a Novocain at the dentist this past week, not so. Obviously Liz is taking a medication that she has had a bad reaction to. They are saying now she has Stevens Johnson Syndrome. She just called me to tell me that John is taking her to the hospital, she is going to be admitted for two days and if she doesn't improve she will then be moved to a hospital in New York City. This is a very serious disorder which can cause other problems stemming from all of this.
Please Keep Our Digi Sister In Your Prayers.
I will keep everyone updated as I get word from Liz's husband John.
And for anyone that wants to read up on this disease here is a link about this SJS http://www.westonaprice.org/moderndiseases/stevens-johnson.html
I've read this information and was surprised to see that even ibuprofen can cause this if you have a bad reaction to using it.

Hugs To You Liz

Oh my goodness. I hope that everything works out for her. I am sure she will get enough prayers from her digi family that will heal her or make her feel better real soon.

I really hate hearing this. I was so hoping it would be what she first thought ... a reaction to the Novacain and would clear up. She is in my heart and prayers.

Wow, I hope she finds a quick short term resolution and can find appropriate medical care to help long term as well! Best of luck, Liz.

Thanks so much Elaine for updating us. I just finished reading that website about SJS. It's a horrible thing to have and can be so life threatening. Thank God they've diagnosed it early on. The next time you talk to John, send Liz my best. And I'm praying really hard for her.
