Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know, as many of you have been praying for months for my family, that my Dad did pass away last night, peacefully, in Hospice.
Thank you all of you for keeping him in your thoughts and prayers.

I know I am not around much at all, but know that I love you ladies and I hope *someday* to find the time to scrap more and chat more and sometimes you can find me on Hello.

Many thanks again for everything.

Big Hugs,
Amy

I'm sorry for your loss. I wanted to share the poem hospice left for my husband's grandmother when she passed. I will pray for your family.

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little--but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me--but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss Me--But Let me Go!

I know this is a tough time for you Amy. Remember that there is no right and wrong nor any book to help you know how to feel and act. Your spirit will guide you through this and you will find more and more time each day where you will be at peace with what happened. Our thoughts are with you! Big hugs!

We used this beautiful poem when my twin brother past away 7 and a half years ago, so touching. Am glad to see it again.
