I have woken up this morning with a trapped nerve in my shoulder/neck which is very painful to say the least! Who thought that turning over in bed could give you so much pain??!!

I can't take stronger painkillers than usual OTC meds, so am having to try to cope with it using them and heat!

So, sitting at the computer for any length of time isn't the most comfortable of positions for me right now, so will be on here sporadically until it clears up - am hoping it will only be a couple of days - all my baking plans with the girls for the weekend are put off now :(
