I have PSE. Im wondering if you can do the same thing on there. I havent really played around with all of that. I just use it for layering and creating.

It works pretty much the same. Once you get your layers the way you want them just go to save for web and then choose gif instead of jpg. There is a box to check to animate and then you can set the speed. Hope that helps!:D
