Hi!
Is there something is the GDS store that has to do with American History - anything relating the time from 1500 until early 1900? Exploring, inventions etc?

Yes, maybe somebody's creative juices will start flowing. I'm thinking maps, animals, landscape and nature, coon skin caps.....documents, quill pens....

That is intriguing. Maybe I can get a collab going with a designer here for you for April? We will see!

That would be exciting! I am sure there are scrap booking history lovers, and we could use things like this for many of our school projects and field trips. Anticipating!

YES - you designers are great! I had some other thoughts as well - log cabin, maps, smoke from a chimney, compass, old tools...maybe somewhat separate colonial days items from pioneer days...? Right now my mind is steeped in Pioneer Days and Lewis & Clark (what we study in school at the moment), so things related to this time frame are really interesting to me. Thanks again for being open to ideas!

HA ha! Thanks for the ideas. I gave a Lewis & Clark book to DH for Christmas. I will dig it out and see what comes up!
