Need Baby Birth Certificates.. Help?

I am just posting this to see if I can get any help finding "Baby Birth Certificates " .

Boy and Girl are Needed !~ , and I have looked the net over and I guess I am not looking in the right places. If anyone has a Baby Birth Certificate , or knows where I can get 1 please pm me or Post here.

I need all the help I can get . lol...lol...lol...lol...
