shutterfly templates?

I'm working on the cover for my first digital scrapbook. I can't seem to find the photoshop templates for an 8.5 x 11 hard photo cover book on shutterfly??
I found the class one with the leather cover, but I wanted to create the hard photo cover one. I need the template for the cover, spine and back. Can anybody help?
