Photo Masks

I am steeling a couple of minutes while the twins sleep to ask for some help. I am wondering how to go about using photo masks.

Can you help us out by letting us know what program you use?

I use microsoft digital image suite 2006 and the Storybook creator from Creative Memories. I have Photoshop Elements 7 on a trial download. =)
