PSE 7.0 and glitter styles??

HI, I have some glitter stlyes made by Christy Skaggs similar to these(http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_dnld_info&cPath=29_96&products_id=3727). I have asked on my CTs and no one seems to know how to install them in PSE, so....

1. Can these be used in PSE 7.0?
2. If so, HOW do you install them? (I have Vista)

Yup...thanks so much Alisha!! It was a pain to do, but they are now showing up in PSE. :)
