thread subscriptions

I am unsure why this is happening and if anyone can help that would be great. :confused:

Everytime I reply in a thread I somehow get subscribed to it, how do I stop this?? Besides going in to my user CP to stop it.
Is there an option somewhere I am not seeing to stop thread subscriptions??

Hi, you'll want to go into User CP > Options and change the setting middle of the screen to not subscribe and get instant notification to any threads you post in :)
