sorry ive been mia - had the chicken pox

sorry all I haven't been around, I had the chicken pox, known as shingles at my age, It was horrible .. once the itching stopped the pain set in and I was in agony. The pain was awful.I'm just now kinda getting back to myself. I have hardly any energy and push myself to get out of bed. I had it twice. It went away then came back again, so I've been one sick puppy...lol

will try to be more active, its just very hard lately to do much of anything. doc said it would take time to get back to normal. whatever normal is. lol
