Supreme Team Layouts
Hello from poki again! My latest GDS layout features Marie H Designs BRIGHT & SWEET … and I found it to be both of those, bright and sweet! When you purchase the kit right now, there is a add – 0n bonus of extra patterned paper, included in the original download. (only available as a bonus through August 29, so don’t delay!)
Until 8/29/2015, the add-on papers will be in your download – you don’t have to do anything extra in order to get those papers. With the addition of the BRIGHT & SWEET extra papers you get 47 papers! The kit contains 27 paper (9 solids, and 18 patterned), and the add-on gives you 20 more to choose from for your scrapping pleasure! You will also find full alphas in 3 colors and 84 sweet elements!
I decided to test one of my own templates, designed several years ago in a designer mentoring class. Even though it has been a while, and I have tried 1000’s of templates from 100’s of designers since then, I haven’t changed my favorite style… I love blocked, symmetrical and easy to work styles! And I try to create just that way. I’m just a dabbler in design … it really isn’t my intent to ever be a full time designer, but I do love making freebies to give away! Here is my layout featuring Marie H Designs BRIGHT & SWEET kit and my template.
I filled all of the photo spaces with just one photo of a field of Texas wildflowers in early Spring … my favorite time of year in Texas … I endure all the other seasons in Texas just to revel in the 10 – 12 weeks of glorious wildflowers! Thank you, Lady Bird Johnson, for your “Keep America Beautiful” campaign begun in the White House, and continued upon your return to Texas! Her project culminated in the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, Texas, which supports research into wild and sustainable gardening in Texas and the US. BRIGHT & SWEET by Marie H Designs is the perfect compliment to a Texas Spring!
A ‘faerie’ special kit full of magical papers and elements and the cutest little faeries ever to adorn your pages.
The bundle is always your best value: http://bit.ly/1K37TNn

Hi! poki here in HOT Central Texas … on days like today, there is nothing better to do but stay inside and scrap! Which is what I’ve been doing for a lot of today!
I had the pleasure of working with Designs by Andrea Gold BRIGHT DAYS AHEAD today!
There are 16 bright and cheery papers and 43 elements in this kit! I like all the paper so much, I used them all! Can you find them all in my layout?
That is my beautiful great niece, Miss G – who turned 5 years old recently! She photographs beautifully, even though she doesn’t seem to like having her picture taken. My layout features BRIGHT DAYS AHEAD and template from Brenian Designs TUCKED IN.
Such a homestyle bring back memories kit! Enjoyed every moment putting my layout together remembering my Grandma. Dana’s Footprint Digital Designs. Also, inspired by the Pocket Scrapbooking Challenge this month. Journaling was an achievement on a pocket size insert.
Layout by Dovedesigns, named Sewing Machines.

Hi – poki here! I recently worked with a fabulous kit from Altered Amanda’s Studio called
Art journaling is definitely not my forte, but I found this kit easy to use for a more traditional layout as well! I am currently working on a personal project called “Quotables” – photos with scripture and inspirational text added, and this collection from Altered Amanda’s Studio has been quite inspirational for my project!
The photo in my project was taken at Cypress Gardens in Monck’s Corners, South Carolina (near Charleston) – we took a guided boat tour through he swamp garden. Our tour guide had a lilting Cajun accent (he was originally from New Orleans) and that just added to the pleasure of the experience. The bridge in the photo is called the “Wedding Bridge” – many portraits are taken there each year – but the most amazing thing we learned about the garden and bridge: There is a small island in the swamp just beyond that bridge, out of sight, and it is the location of many weddings each year! During the procession of the wedding party, each member is floated in flat bottom canoes under that bridge and over to the island. The groom’s first view of his bride that day is her floating to him under that beautiful bridge! I would love to attend a wedding there (I just wouldn’t think about the alligators in the swamp! They were plentiful on the day we visited!)
